Zoom Appointments
Most of Dr. Jannie’s appointments are still on Zoom. This decision was made in collaboration with her clients who find Zoom easier than
traveling to an office mid-day. If you prefer in-person, you can request a Saturday morning appointment at her office in Bellevue.
Insurance, Fees, and Billing
Therapy sessions are billed at $160 for a 55-minute session.
All other services such as school visits, home visits, extended phone calls or report writing are pro-rated based on this hourly fee.
Unfortunately, these services are not covered by insurance.
Consultations: Intake sessions are billed at the normal rate of $160 for a 55-minute session.
Information about Insurance
Dr. Jannie is in-network with Premera, Lifewise and Regence. She also submits to out-of-network companies but cannot determine copays or deductibles until a claim has been submitted and paid. Unfortunately, insurance companies will not disclose payment information in advance.
We encourage you to ask Dr. Jannie more specific questions about insurance at your first session.
Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments will be billed at a $50 late fee. Dr. Driver requires 48-hour notice.
